Avoid this hotel. My family and I stayed at this hotel in mid-July. It was our second visit to Belek. Previously, we'd stayed at hotels like the Culinian, Maxx Royal, and Regnum. The Ethno Hotel was a complete disaster. We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 PM and waited in the lobby for the staff to approach us. Unfortunately, no one approached. This was interesting, as the hotel boasts about its hospitality and warm welcome on social media. Nothing, not even a bottle of water, was waiting for us. After 3 PM, the receptionist said he could kindly check us in. The hotel staff is the biggest disaster I've seen in Turkey. Few people speak any English, and it's incredibly difficult to communicate; they don't even know the menu. We asked the assistant to book us dinner at a Greek restaurant, but he forgot to do so, even though he confirmed it, and then claimed it was a misunderstanding. I'm a liar. I've attached clips of the conversation. it would take a long time to write more and avoid this hotel. In addition, the pool and surrounding area were very dirty; things would stand there for days. At 8 a.m., all the sunbeds were occupied - shameful.. .

В целом хороший новый отель с большими и очень комфортными номерами.приятно увидеть иви на смарт тв. Очень красиво и классный завтрак, линия детоксов, каши, блины, сладкое в изобилии и фрукты, рыба и раки. Что в премиум не встретишь. Отличный итальянский ресторан Soddis. Отель сделал подарок в виде бесплатного ужина а ла карт. Большой выбор напитков алкогольных и коктейлей в all inc.. Высокий уровень "градусов" за оплату! Хороший спа. Персонал на русском языке. Круглосуточно ресторан-бесплатно!.остальные на брони за умеренную плату. Кафе со сладостями и кафе с отличным кофе, также без оплаты. Детской линии не увидели. Но, еды в изобилии. Порадовал сервис по qr коду на пляже. Удобно, не надо идти в жару, все принесут по заказу онлайн и уборка лежаков онлайн. Разнообразие вечерних развлечений!!!. Лежаки далеко от моря. Песок горячий. Уборку на пляже. В море зайти тяжело из за камней. Модные сегодня кабаны стоят далеко от воды.не заказали ни разу, нет смысла сидеть в жаре в домике. Когда на песке стоят лежаки хорошего качества и ближе....

There are staff members available 24/7 who personally care for each guest and respond to every request with attention and kindness.
The level of customer service is truly excellent.
Whether by the pools or by the sea, every area is designed for families to relax and enjoy their time comfortably.
The children’s play area and the attention given to kids are absolutely outstanding.
A very special thank you to Mr. Ekrem and Ms. Sinem, the two hotel staff members who took special care of us — we truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism.. .
