Bad hotel with bad managemnet. Nothing to like. Whole building need renovation

Toilet was full of stains and the toilet seat was very dirty.The shower was rusted a broken.lots of spider web in the room and carpet in the room was very dirty.broken bed and the sheet wasnt clean at all.
This hotel is not definitely for families with kids
The hotel management is really bad specailly the manager..

Very good. Great location. Walk distance to beach. Nice territory and pool.
Food on court was great. Of course are the some minuses but this is the best propousal on its price. And people staff is very nice.. Old rooms. Not powerfull air condition inside.

It is almost fair for the price , almost. The staff and worker are kind(Especially the kitchen staff) and the food was good , the hotel has a pool and you can also enjoy and swim. Its so far from the city and its hard to paln to go to the city and come back, the rooms are so simple and not so okay, Especially the toilet and bathroom was not good at all , the room is not comfortable and so old , ....

Bad. The location itself is right next to the mountains.. The place is nothing like the picture they show. Rooms are dirty, food is bad. The receptionist is a very strange person. Got tricked by the price and the fact that it renamed itself as it is listed new on booking. Found it later but it was too late. Tried to get a refund but went into an argument. Booking did not help anyhow even though we tried to get a refund from them. The saddest and the most dissapoinment was a staff member who actually is from my country. It is heartbreaking to see him working in such place and take it as something normal. I do not know where they took 3 stars,more like 0 stars..
