Location and only location. Location was the best on the whole shoreside. Staff at the reception was not helpful and even rude at times. Hot water in the shower was available for 2 days out of 5. Small variety of food and completely nothing to eat for breakfast..

Very bad experience of all inclusive.. Just cleaner did her job good for rooms.. Staffs were unprofessional and not nice even manager. No body knows English and they didn’t understand us. It was all inclusive but there was many limitations about time. You could just find water during night. Drinks were so cheap and foods wasn’t good for kids. Every where was very hot even reception and lobby. I never go there don’t recommend to anyone to go there..
