Could be perfect but a few niggles!. Positives
- [ ] Immaculate, so clean everywhere, staff work really hard to keep everywhere clean
- [ ] Everything well maintained doesn’t look tired or anything in need of repair even at end of season
- [ ] Very good offering of food and drink, lots of choice all day long with premium brands included
- [ ] My youngest loved the kids club, great facilities and programme
- [ ] The couple of issues we encountered during our stay such as broken safe and mini bar drinks/ snacks not being replenished were dealt with quickly and efficiently through the WhatsApp number. Also we had a problem with our air con in our room from half way through our stay as the main building moved to the winter concept so our room was very warm for the 4 of us but guest services sorted for us within a day and we were moved into a swim up room free of charge and the air con was just perfect. The hotel genuinely want to rectify issues and find a solution for you. Guest services are very helpful and even come and said goodbye when we left

Negatives
- [ ] Surprised that we did not get a welcome drink or macarons like others got on arrival. We arrived later on a Saturday and was told that dinner had finished we would have to wait until 11pm if we wanted food. Our 2 young children wouldnt of been able to wait until then after travelling all day. The lovely reception guy took my husband to the z lounge and ordered some food for him so that he was able to bring it up to the room, so would be good if they made people aware that they could do this especially if they have young children
- [ ] Really sorry to say this but the vast majority of staff and guests at this hotel are so miserable and rude. We could count on one hand the amount of staff that were smiling and friendly during the week. Never had this before anywhere in Turkey we have stayed, not sure if it’s because it’s end of season but didn’t make us feel particularly welcome and at times a real inconvenience asking for anything. In all honesty it didn’t seem like a very happy atmosphere anywhere
- [ ] Noticeable divide between nationalities, some nationalities are treated completely different and sadly not positive for the very few British guests that are staying here, very sad as it doesn’t need to be like that as we are all paying guests at the end of the day regardless of where we come from but levels of service and offerings were noticeably different
- [ ] Language barrier - it’s pot luck what food and drink you get as little staff speak or understand English very well. The majority of our orders we placed for food and drink were wrong makes it a bit tricky when no one understands you
- [ ] Russian and German guests staying here extremely rude and entitled which does affect your stay, with children being allowed to run riot everywhere and we really didn’t like the way they spoke to the staff, no wonder they are so miserable
- [ ] More tables needed in mosaic restaurant, we waited 30 mins for a table first 3 nights for dinner. Very chaotic, hot and noisy in there. We started coming down much later 800/830pm and then felt like we had a rushed dinner as they started clearing everything away and lights being turned off etc as it finishes at 2100. Trying to get drinks ordered was difficult at every meal time and we were never asked if we wanted more drinks once we did eventually got them, although plenty of other people’s drinks were continuously topped up (non Brit’s of course). We had to actively go looking for people to get drinks ordered as very rarely asked for any meal times
- [ ] QR code ordering system for drinks at beach and pool areas , hit and miss depending who are on the bars. Also did not work at the cabana that we hired for the day but the waiter we had was so lovely Mehmet was friendly and great with the children, just a shame the QR code doesn’t work which is meant to be one of the perks
- [ ] The swim up room we were moved to I would have been so disappointed if we had paid extra for this as the water is not heated in the pool, we all got in and had to get out. The coldest water we have ever encountered. Would be much better to have this room type in the summer, a beautiful room but pool just too cold to be able to use
Overall we expected more from this hotel and we were slightly disappointed as this hotel has the potential to be perfect but it’s not quite hitting the mark for us compared to other hotels we have stayed in Turkey. It is a lovely hotel but not perfect. We did have a lovely holiday but would not return here.. .

Luxurious hotel for family holiday. We had a 10 day stay at this beautiful hotel.
Positives: Hotel and grounds are beautifully kept. Veranda bar near the entrance and sweet treat cafe are lovely. Very smartly dressed staff, who are polite and hardworking. Buffet has a wide variety of food with lovely fresh fruit and vegetables. The a la carte Italian restaurant was wonderful and served delicious food. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely bathroom and powerful shower. Fridge in our room was restocked daily. The evening entertainment was varied and quite spectacular. Drinks and cocktails were fabulous.
Negatives: Room aircon wasn't very effective and housekeeping turned it off every day so it was pretty warm. The vents had been directed up to the ceiling so cool air wasn't reaching the room. Some of the buffet food lacked spices or herbs and was quite bland.
Not a negative but worth noting that during our stay the other guests were mostly families with young kids and babies so I would say this is very much a family hotel.. .

Overall a great hotel, will likely return. We visited here end of October after seeing all the great reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Great hotel with plenty of things to keep you and the kids busy. Lots of choice on the very large buffet/grill and between restaurants. Some of the a la carte are open through the day for free and don’t count as your main a la carte allowance. The room minibar was well stocked and filled everyday.
We stayed in the luxury pool villa which was amazing apart from the ice cold pool. It definitely needs heating to be classed as luxury. Other than that the only issue was the aircon didn’t work but there was a fan above the bed which was enough.
There was only a few British families here and the majority of guests were Russian and German which wasn’t an issue.
Drinks were unlimited premium brands and no dodgy extra charges.
Slight language barrier but it didn’t cause any issues.
Everywhere was very clean and well maintained.
The private beach water sports were a bit on the expensive side. 60 euro for 10 minutes on the jet ski for example
We’re hoping to return next year.. .

Super friendly staff. The bar staff are the most friendly people I have ever met while on holiday it was a pleasure to speak and get to know them but not just the bar staff even the cleaning lady always had a smile on her face however in my opinion the beds were not comfy but I am aware that is down to personal preference thank you. .

Amazing experience. This was our first time in Turkey and Papillon Zeugma certainly set the bar high! Everything was absolutely phenomenal, from the beautiful interior to the friendly staff (albeit some minor issue with the language barrier).
We came in the last week this hotel was open before closing for winter so some of the facilities weren't open, including parts of the food court, which was a bit difficult to manage as everything that was open, including the main buffet, wasn't particularly catered to vegetarians, so had limited options (which was the only let down).
We were super impressed with the facilities for kids, my little one loved the child disco in the evenings, he couldn't get enough of it, to the point where even he didn't want to come home!
Overall we would happily stay here again in the near future, and certainly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Amazing resort... First time and surely not the last. Staff were very helpful and polite. The welcoming was spectacular
Room space was perfect
Food quality and variety.
Kids activities were amazing. Air conditioning wasn't cooling efficiently in the 3 rooms we booked, I believe this is the situation in all the rooms.
Air conditioning wasn't turned on in all of the hotel commome areas including restaurants which was uncomfortable.
