Definitely coming back. We were absolutely amazed by the hotel, the services, the food and the people. The room was exactly what we needed with a small baby, spacious enough with all needed equipment, with comfortable bed and very clean. The food was very good, choice of drinks in all inclusive very wide. The all inclusive program overall is very good. But what most makes this hotel memorable is the staff, from the cleaning ladies to chefs, waiters and other people, to name a few like Suheda and Seda from bar or Birsen from the restaurant, all very professional, polite and always with a smile. I had always felt really welcomed there. We are definitely coming back and we are already looking for it.. Unfortunately, and this is not a fault of the hotel, the surrounding area may be quite noisy during the night. I believe there are some rooms in the hotel that do not suffer from it but unfortunately our room which was in the block C, facing northwest, had nighttime disco every night. Luckily, if you close the door and windows it’s not so horrible.

Very good. Good food and facilities, activities for kids.. Staff are not very friendly in general. I was given the wrong type of room (cheaper than the one I booked) and instead of an apology staff attitude was very bad, their only excuse was hotel is full. After some arguments they changed it. The new room (suite) was a lot better, first one (junior suite) had a bad smell in the bathroom. Be careful with mini club, for some activities they would try to charge you (afterwards as was my experience without being told from the start). While it's nowhere written that some need to be paid. The guy there also speaks bad English so difficult to communicate. There's a mosque nearby that will wake you up pretty early with the call to prayer. Try to get a room that doesn't face the mosque direction and make sure to have good ear plugs..

lovely place. Beautiful place for family. Me, my wife and 2 kids, 2.5 and 6 years old had the best time. we stayed for 8 days. The hotel is not big but that was the best part of it, the kids felt safe and managed to go anywhere with no problem. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are huge and very comfortable. need better entertainment at night time.

Nice hotel, fair service and price. Generally speaking, good or very good hotel, food was also of a slightly higher standard for hotels of that kind; alcohol is included in the dinner:-). Location is a bit too busy, lots of shops etc, but could be convenient for the love shoppers. A bit dar away from the beautiful heart of the Side old town..

An optimal family hotel. 1. Very close to the sea 2. Wi-Fi on the beach 3. Staff speaks Deutsch, German and English. 1. Small beach area – not enough sunbeds 2. The beach is dirty 3. Wi-Fi is slow and unstable 4. There're few heated pools, but the heating was disabled everywhere 5. Not really various food.

Bad. I can mention the kids club staff and massage costs its price.. Initially we wanted to spend all our vacation only in this hotel because of a lot good reviews but hotel had sold out so we stayed here for some days in the end of our vacation and in another two hotels. I don't know why hotel has so many good reviews but everything is known by comparison. We thank fate that we spent here only some days but not not all vacation. Quite all was absolutely bad here. We wanted to leave hotel immediately upon arrival because it didn't match the description but we had to stay because we had non-refundable reservation. The hotel and room are old and not cozy. The rooms are called suites but on my opinion it is like cheapest standart rooms in another hotels. The hotel has a little territory and doesn't have any territory for walking. The hotel is located not on the first line, you have to go on the dirty street to the beach. The main restaurant has the same menies on the breakfast and lanch all days during our stay , only during dinner we could try different dishes. But quite all dishes were not tasty, and quite often it was fastfood even for kids. Fruits were often not mature. Wine and beer were the chippest from packets, not from bottles. If in our previous Turkish hotels we could drink ordinary Turkish wine from bottles freely without charge, here we had to pay for the same wine very expensive price. The fresh juice was also for money. Water here in main restaurant was from cooller, water from plastic bottles we had to get in bar. And we couldn't get water in glass bottles, hotel doesn't have it. The bar on the beach didn't offer food only cheap drinks and ice scream. By the way about alcohol drinks. The most cocktailes and alcohol drinks were at charge, only some cheapest cocktailes were free, it was made from non-brand vodka and gin. One time we had possibility to visit ala carte restaurant without charge and it was aweful. The menu was short, some dishes were from main restaurant..
