Good value. Location, Breakfast (some items were homemade and so delicious), clean, welcoming. TV in the mirror isn’t good idea, because there are some flares due to the glass and it is so small and no opportunity to connect with HDMI.

Excellent value for money! Would totally recommend and even stay again on my next visit to Kas.. The rooms were quite spacious, facilities are really good! Views from breakfast were great too.. .

Exceptional. Special thanks to the owner, who is friendly and responsive, answered all our questions, advised good places to visit. The room was with the great view and right in front of the beach. Thanks a lot, it was a great vacation because of You!. .

Perfect Experience. Everything about the hotel was just perfect. The location, the staff, the breakfast, the room, the bed... Simply everything. Especially the breakfast was so delicious with freshly brewed coffee and freshly prepared buffet. We stayed for one night only but our experience was perfect.. We liked everything..

Kas by the Sea!. This lovely family run hotel is modern, clean, fresh, has a lift and is located a few minutes from the water’s edge and a few minutes walk to the central part of town in Kas! Breakfast is delicious with plenty of options, the staff were lovely! They also arranged our trf to and from Dalaman Airport which made our planning easy! Thank you Janine & Glen. .

Very good. Overall is great, room is well decorated, nice balcony. Breakfast is amazing and exceeded expectations as varieties and quality are great. We stayed for 2 days, there are some variations of the breakfast. I feel the quality of the hotel is very good , including the elevator.. .The parking situation is not ideal. They have extremely limited space for parking (they advertise having parking space which is one of the key reasons we booked there. Both days we had to park stacked against 2 cars (basically blocking 2 cars that in front of hotel due to no space), we are able to leave the car key to let hotel staff to move the cars when needed, but this inconvenience kinda put us off not wanting to drive anytime as we like . Also, I feel sometimes the staff is not very helpful with parking situation as when my wife asked where to parked she was ignored as staff is showing attitude of there is nothing they can do , so why bother asking. I consider perhaps language might be a bit of an issue because both nights when we had problem parking, it was the lady on duty who doesn't speak much English, so may be there is some communications barriers which might make us feel ignored. Otherwise, everything is pretty good. I feel the price is on the high side given overall quality and experience..

Exceptional. Definitely one of the best hotel we’ve been to in Turkey. The location is very near the beach and the town center, but can be very quiet at the same time. The breakfast is various and delicious, the staff are kind and warm hearted. I’m so gonna recommend this hotel to everyone who’s going to kaş.. .

Very good. Room is big, and nice breakfast.. The air conditioner is not very well, and takes a long time to cool down..
