Old & outdated (disappointed!!). The view from the balcony.
The pool.. Beds were horrifically uncomfortable.
The pillows were flat & lumpy.
The room was not clean. (found lots of hair etc)
The decor was old and outdated.
The shampoos provided were re-fills & watered down.
The pool towels were old & stained.
The TV was outdated and only had a selection of channels.
The hotel interior looked like a soviet hospital.
The breakfast buffet was out in the open & the foods were not kept cool.

Hotle Phellos. Staff were lovely and helpful.
Pool is great. Breakfast was plentiful: consisted of good choice of Turkish/ Mediterranean food, plus cereal.
Local beach a short walk down the hill.
Relatively close to centre of township, not that anything is that far away.. Signage on hotel was: Hotel Phellos...no Club.

Exceptional. ..I stayed in this hotel on my own in April 2022 while I was on a walking holiday for a week. I'm a seasoned traveler and challenged my daughter and niece (aged 16yrs) to find a country/city/hotel where they would like to go!
They came up with nothing much under the price of EUR1,000 for a week. But with the threat of strikes and cancellations, I took over the decision making! Two things about Kas (Kash) the town - very friendly and safe (16yr girls), enough beaches/bars/archaeological sites/boats to go on to islands to keep those teens engaged!
But this hotel ticks all the boxes for 'them' and us insofar as it is close to the town 350mtr center and sea, albeit a 1:1 climb, so no need for a car. There is a fantastic big pool, it is quiet with wonderful views. The rooms are comfortable with fridges and breakfast is included......but the nice thing about this hotel is that the staff are attentive, there is AC and the ambiance is really special.

Activity holiday base. Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, location, view from our room and the pool.. Hotel rooms a bit tired and dated. Could do with a re-furb.
