Nice stay in Izmir. The room was clean, beds very comfortable, staff really nice. You could tell they just renovated so there was a few things missing - the stovetop wasn’t connected and there wasn’t any pans or plates or cutlery.

Budget stay closeby the city center. It is very clean and you can tell that they make a good effort to keep place clean and organised. The view from the balcony was also a highlight. Some of the facilities are a bit old. And the breakfast could be better..

Very good. Very clean and well kept. The 4th floor room was not very big, but quite comfortable due to the big balcony and spacious bathroom.
All worked fine. The breakfast - typical for Turkish hotels: eggs, vegetables, bread, olives, tea and coffee - good enough.
The location is rather specific. I cannot say how convenient is to get to the city center or touristic sites, since our destination was Balcova termal springs, which is 15 minutes by car from there.
We travelled by car and were choosing between hotels with parking available. This hotel has their own underground parking, as well as they can hold a clot for your car in the street.
The balcony view is fascinating - see the picture attached.
The neighborhood is rather live with many cafes and groceries around,. Nothing special.
Just keep in mind, that this part of the city is a steep mountainside, so if you walk towards the sea, elevation is rather significant.
A very big hospital is nearby, but it does not make any trouble (we heard an ambulance car just once thru all of our 3 days stay).
