. Everything was excellent: the location, food, staff, and facilities.
All staff members were very helpful and welcoming.
You will feel even more welcomed and happier if you speak German. It honestly feels like you are in Berlin rather than Antalya.. The only uncomfortable point was the old bed in the standard room (see the attached picture). It was disappointing to stay in a 5-star hotel but have to sleep on such an old and uncomfortable bed 😒Unfortunately reception could not help..

Relaxing resort stay. My husband and I had a great stay here recently.
Food was tasty and abundant, especially the 3pm snack bar waffles! There are 2 hotels that make up the resort and the all-inclusive lass gives you access to facilities and restaurants on both sites. For example, some of the restaurants were closed because it was off peak season but we could use the restaurants on the other site instead so we were not limited.
The room itself and the lounging areas are spacious and nicely decorated. The spa is really nice (sauna, steam room and hammam are included during the stay and you pay extra for treatments). There is a nice heated pool too! The whole hotel is really clean.
Absolutely amazing service (special shout outs to Mustafa (at check in), Neesa (served us in the cafe), Mehmet (a la carte restaurant waiter) and Katut (masseuse), but all of the staff were exceptional and you can tell that they all put in a lot of effort to provide a high quality service.
One thing to note is that the place is definitely catered for Germans. Most of the guests were older Germans, more of the staff spoke German than English, even the food is more catered for Germans. As a young British Asian couple, we stood out a bit but it did not cause any issues at all. Just something to note.. .
