Fabulous hotel and resort. Lovely hotel fabulous spacious deluxe room overlooking the mountains .Staff we’re just amazing, nothing was too much trouble if you needed their help in any way . Extensive variety of food and drink any time of day . Gardens were immaculate and the whole site well maintained .Exceptional value for money being an all inclusive resort. Would certainly recommend to family and friends and would like to come again in the Spring .. .

Best breakfast ever!. A big thank you to Nermin and Melike from the breakfast restaurant team for their outstanding work. Their cooking skills truly stand out, and you can taste the care and experience in every dish they prepare. A special mention goes to their omelet – it’s absolutely amazing and easily one of the highlights of breakfast. Anyone visiting should definitely try it; it’s a real treat and highly recommended!. .

Exceptional Turkish coffee paired with a warm, welcoming staff. Diana and Silan truly stood out with their wonderful communication skills and warm, friendly attitude. They made every interaction pleasant and welcoming, creating a great experience for everyone around them. And a special recommendation: you absolutely have to try the Turkish coffee made by them—it’s exceptional!. .

Büyük hayal kırıklığı/ huge disappointment. Maalesef çok büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. İşletme, kendi sorumsuzluklarının ve yetersizliğinin bedelini misafirlere ödetiyor. Sorunlar karşısında çözüm üretmek yerine yüzeysel bir ilgiyle geçiştiriliyor. Özellikle sessiz bir oda rica etmemize rağmen, inşaat olan bir odanın yanına yerleştirildik. Şikâyet etmesek bu durumun umurlarında olmayacağı çok açıktı. Oda değiştirildi ancak yeni odada da ciddi problemler yaşadık. Zemin ıslak bırakıldığı için kayıp düştüm. Odanın camı kapanmadığı için içeri güçlü bir rüzgâr girdi ve hasta olduk. Bu sorun ancak 3. günün sonunda, birkaç dakikada çözülebildi. Öncesinde ise 2 dakikada hallolabilecek bir sorun için sürekli geçiştirildik ve oyalandık. Yemeklerin kalitesi düşüktü. Özellikle öğle yemeklerinde eski yemeklerin tekrar servise konulduğunu fark ettik. Hasta olunca çorba derdine düştük ve her çorba kazanını her açışta ekşi yoğurtla yapılan bir çorba vardı…. Animasyon neredeyse yoktu. Yemek saatleri dışında animatör görmek mümkün değildi. Misafirleri bir araya getirme veya tatili keyifli kılma gibi bir çaba kesinlikle yok. Bu otel bizim için özel bir yerdi. Kızımız 4 aylıkken ilk kez gelmiştik, şimdi 20 yaşında ve doğum gününü kutlamak için tekrar geldik. Ne yazık ki bu özel an bizim için tamamen mahvedildi. Üstelik yaşadıklarımızın üzerine “memnun değilseniz gidebilirsiniz” denildi. Verdiğimiz puanı yalnızca işini düzgün yapan birkaç personel ve otelin sevimli kedileri için verdik. Onun dışında kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz. Unfortunately, this stay was a huge disappointment. The hotel makes guests pay the price for its own lack of organization, poor management, and irresponsibility. Instead of providing real solutions, issues are handled with superficial attention and quickly brushed aside. Despite specifically requesting a quiet room, we were placed next to rooms under construction. If we had not complained, it was clear that this would not have mattered to them at all. Our room was changed, but the new room had serious problems as well. The floor was left wet, causing me to slip and fall. The window did not close properly, allowing strong wind to enter the room, and we became ill. This issue was only fixed on the third day — and it took just a few minutes. Before that, we were constantly blamed for the problem. Food quality was also poor. We noticed that leftover food was being quietly reused, especially during lunch service. The soup was almost the same every single day. Entertainment was practically non-existent. Outside of meal times, it was impossible to find any animation staff. There was clearly no effort to engage guests, create interaction, or make the holiday enjoyable. This hotel was very special to us. We first stayed here when our daughter was just 4 months old. Now she is 20, and we returned to celebrate her birthday. Sadly, this meaningful experience was completely ruined. To make matters worse, we were even told, “If you are not satisfied, you can leave.” The only reason we gave any points at all was for a few genuinely kind staff members and the lovely cats on the property. Other than that, we do not recommend this hotel.. .

Great anniversary trip in December. We stayed at TUI Magic Life in early December and everything was fantastic! My partner and I decided to stay there to celebrate our anniversary and the team went above and beyond! They really took care of the smallest details so we truly felt at home. Everyone was so kind and it felt like they truly wanted to make our stay a very magical experience. We felt very very welcomed and taken care of. The facilities are also great and the food was very good! Even though it's off-season, there are still activities going on every day so that's great. We also had the chance to visit the Land of Legends and we had such a good time. Thank you so much to the team for the all attention and care! We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary with you! I know we’ll remember this holiday forever. .

Wonderfull. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!. .
