the worst experience ever. photos on booking. We booked Palma Rosa Hotel for 2 nights with a breakfast.
1. Location is hard to reach, you need to go from Kemer 5,5km into the mountains
2. Room looks so old, unfresh, the walls of the bathroom are covered with fungus. :(
3. Swimming pool was not ready - I know that it was the beginning of the season, but we were also sleeping in Antalya, and we had delicious breakfast and swimming pool ready to use in lower price, in the city center.
4. As receptionist said, we were first guests this year- he kindly asked what time we want to eat breakfast etc. and then, we were waiting for breakfast almost 1 hour, and no one even came to a hotel, he wrote a message to us that he’s coming but it was not a true.
5. Water in the shower was sooooo cold and impossible to use! We asked in the reception anout it at 5pm and they promised to check it, and then at 11pm man in the reception said that hot water will be available in 2 hours (LOL).
To assume: we left this ‘hotel’ after one night, without a shower, hungry and disappointed, and came back to our previous place with a delicious food and swimming pool.
I would never recommend this place to anyone..

Reviews are definitely to high. Hotel needs renovation.. Nice location, quiet in winter, nice palms and ficus tree, nice balcony view. Room itself was acceptable.. Bathroom was not clean and needs definitely renovation, the door should be replaced, the toilet needs attention. Improvised very small breakfast very late just for us because I think there was nobody else in the hotel. They should remove breakfast from the offer for low season and cut the price half for this standard..

Very good. The owner was super friendly and always had a smile! I feel if addressed some issues earlier on he would have rectified it immediately, he appears to have a lot of pride in his job.
Breakfast was good. The garden and pool was very nice.. Rooms abit outdated..
