Pleasant. The staff was nice and friendly, they checked us in a little earlier at our request. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities.. unfortunately, the sauna and spa did not work "due to electricity", and this was the only reason for our choice of many hotels. + one of the air conditioners in the apartment did not work - it was cold..

Quiet at night except for the call of prayer from the Mosque nearby. It didn't disturb my sleep personally.
Friendly staff at the reception except for the guy who doesn't speak English, friendly cleaning lady and the two ladies in the kitchen were very nice to all guests.
Very friendly staff member who made sure I got some breakfast twice when I was leaving early on a day trip and then on the day of checking out.. The first room didn't have hot water and the air-conditioning barely worked. Mr. ISMAEL had changed the room for me and the second room I got was just great. Also, the receptionist on the night of my arrival barely spoke any English and it was quite difficult to communicate with him. I didn't get a warm welcome and it took him ages ro check me in. Also, it's a 25 minute walk to the city centre where the old town is. There are lots of bus stops in the area but it would still take 25 minutes approximately to get to the old town..

False description about pool closure. The room was big and clean. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.. False advertisement about pool. The outdoor pool is open, indoor heated one is closed but they wrote the exact opposite in the description.
There is a folding table in the room which is very unstable and broke during our stay. This can easily cause accidents by falling over to children's heads.
The location is neither near the beach, nor too close to the old town. But it's ok if you are looking for a quiet location..
