Passable. Location and view upon the mountains are very nice. There was no hot water and the water pressure in the shower was very low - showering was barely possible.

Overall, very nice hotel with reasonable value for money.. Breakfast was almost the same everyday, but it included lots of tasty dishes, so we liked it very much.
Also guested may order some dishes in hotel restaurant with discount.
The location was also really good: hotel is placed on the outskirts and surrounded by fruit garden.The road to the beach takes about 7 minutes long, it goes under the large trees` shadows, which was pretty comfortable considering the heat. And the same amount of time was needed to get to the center of Tekirova.. There are no cups in the rooms. You can take them from restaurant but they ask you to return cups.
One of the waiters was annoying and rude.
Wi-Fi is not perfect..

Okay for 1 night stay. The location is okay, it‘s about 5-7min to walk to the sea. And it is one of the affordable options there.. My room was not very clean, was uncomfortable there, the floor was already with sand as I arrived; there were hairs on the pillows. Water didn‘t go completely away in the shower and also I could not close the door to the terrasse. The room was not cosy. It was okay just for sleeping. If you would like to spend some nice time at your hotel I would recommend you to find something else..

We stayed in for 2 nights.. 1) we stayed in a room in front of a chicken farm. The noise in the morning was tough, because of the rooster - not the fault of the facility.
2) not so thick walls in the room (could listen to the noise from the neighboring room)
3) the room smelled like cigarettes, so we had to sleep with open windows on the first night.
4) breakfast is very average with not many selections. Everyday is the same option: They give you a plate of cold platters: meat, cheese, tomato, french fries, boiled egg and cucumber. You receive a basket of bread + butter, jam, honey and chocolate hazelnut cream. Drinks are not included, aside from tea.
5) although the staff was very friendly, they seemed to be understaffed. There was a very kind woman helping us with our queries, but she was the only one available..
