На ресепшн встречают хорошо. Быстрое заселение. Все четко. Нужно убраться в хамаме, помыть все стекла и поверхности. Осв. Очень понравился номер, большой, чистый. Все, что требовалось для ванных процедур - было в достатке. Шоу программа была отличная. Веселая. Бассейн чистый, хороший. Лежаков полно.. Грязный хамам, общий для мужчин и женщин. Неприветливая девушка в хамаме. Затхлый воздух в хамаме. Также некоторые бармены были супер злые. Был случай, когда парень по нашей просьбе отложить картошку фри (много наложил в порцию) - взял ее голыми руками и кинул обратно в общую картошку. Высокий такой, глаза на выкате. Злой. Все вречатклкгие испортил. Даже не извинился. Сказал: руки чистые, хотя все были в перчатках. Также дискотека в подвале - лучше не проводить. Там все ужасно старое..

Absolutely Fabulous. Everything was exceptional. This was our first time in All inclusive and we were super impressed with the concept. Food and drinks were available almost non-stop. On the first day, we couldn't resist, we had like 5-6 meals on that day. The following days we went back to normal. The food variety was great. Not just the restaurant, but there were other food stations, such as burgers, pizza, kebab. It was insane.
Our room was in the hotel anex building. The anex building is located across the street from the main building, and the water slides are located next to it. It was really convenient for the kids who just stayed there during the operating hours (10-12 and 14-16). The rest of the activities were in the main complex. Part of it is another big pool and also beach access. We enjoyed the beach very much. Even though it was early October, the beach was full, not a single beach lounge available. Then we figured out it was easy to find a space by the pool and just walk to the beach for a swim. Only 2min walk.
The room was clean and beds really comfortable. Kids room was a bit small, but good enough for them. Our room even bigger, we actually had an extra bed and extra space. As such we were really happy with the room.
Special mention and big thank you to the entertainment team. They put so much effort to keep everyone entertained and happy. We really enjoyed evening sessions, a lot of music and dancing, staying till 11pm every night. Even our 8 years old daughter was staying till late and enjoyed playing with her new friends or dancing with us. In saying so, daytime sessions were also great. Let me just mention Octoberfest!. Nothing to complain about.

Tekrar gelmeyi düşündüğüm Nadir otellerden…. Öncelikle konumu ve plajı inanılmaz güzeldi. Yemekler lezzetliydi ve seçenekler boldu. Şezlonglar minderli ve konforluydu. Çevre temizliği ve bahçe bakımı oldukça iyiydi. Eğlence anlamında spor ve aktiviteler günün her saati mevcuttu. Bu anlamda sıkılmanız mümkün değil. Personel çok saygılı ve yardımseverdi. Gelemek isteyenlere gerçekten Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir oteldi. Ben eşimle birlikte gittim ama çocuklu ailelerin de inanılmaz rahat edeceği bir otel.. Misafir kapasitesi oldukça yüksek bir otel, bu yüzden restoran alanı biraz dana genişletilebilir..
