Cheap & cheerful & great location. Great location & check in was simple enough A stone throw away from the Hadrian Gate & entrance to some great restaurants & bars. We stayed in the basement room, which I have to say was tired, cobwebs & bits of wood hanging off the walls, exposing pipework Stained floor rug, which wasn’t pleasant to look at The shower hot water is fed from solar panels, so you have to run the hot tap for 5/10 minutes to allow the hot water from the roof tanks, to reach the shower Overall the room, just needed some TLC, to bring it back to life & a better standard Broken ceiling light in the bathroom & extractor fan didn’t work, so not pulling steam from shower & smell from toilet Simple things to fix! Overall ok, but just a very tired room The guy at the reception was very helpful & nice to deal with, for check out Also the local Turkish men at the bar’s & restaurants & clothes shops, be WARNED, they want your money & can be very forceful! The Turkish economy is in a bad place & times for business is tough at the moment Be on your guard for beggars & pick pockets! Especially in the harbour, square area.

Ilmastopakolainen. Hyvä sijainti sivukadulla. Hyvät sängyt nukkua. Tilava huone. Maistuva aamiainen.. 3 yötä ja siivousta ei sinä aikana. Kellarikerroksen huoneesta ei ikkunanäkymää ulos. Huone vaatisi remonttia, erityisesti kylpyhuone. Kaikki ulkopuolen äänet kuuluvat hyvin. Raput kellariin likaiset..

More clarity over breakfast times required upfront & online. Excellent location. Check in at 6pm was done via instructions on WhatsApp as no staff present. Unfortunately we weren’t informed that breakfast wasn’t available until 9am the next morning so had to skip this as had a bus to catch at 9.

perfect. If you are looking for a shiny, soulless all-inclusive resort, this might not be for you. But if you want a clean, authentic, and budget-friendly boutique hotel with a real soul right next to the Old Town, this is the place! The location is perfect for exploring the city. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Yes, it is a historic building, so don't expect ultra-luxury amenities, but the charm and the price/performance ratio are unbeatable. It has everything you need for a great stay. The entire team is lovely and hardworking, but a special shout-out goes to the manager, Mr. Emir. He runs the place like a true professional. He is incredibly helpful and solves any small issue immediately with a smile. He makes you feel like a guest, not a customer. Great garden, great people, unbeatable price. Highly recommended for real travelers. nothing.

Very good. We had an excellent stay at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The manager, Emir , was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His warm hospitality truly elevated our experience. The garden area was beautifully kept and offered a peaceful place to relax after exploring the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equippe dexactly what you would hope for during a stay in Antalya. The location is perfect. The hotel is just a short walk from the Old Town (Kaleiçi), Hadrian’s Gate, and many of the city’s main attractions. Being right in the city center also made it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and historical sites. Overall, this is definitely a price-performance hotel. With its comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.. The only issue we had was that our card didn’t go through for the payment, and since we were on the plane, we didn’t notice it in time. Because of that, our reservation was cancelled. However, Emir kindly helped us remotely at 3 AM, which we really appreciated. In the end, this was actually our own mistake..
