Superb. The concept of the hotel is very relaxing and visually sophisticated. We loved the beach beds. The view is amazing. The rooms were a bit smaller compared to other Turkish hotels at same level. There was every day cleaning service although we were not satisfied from this as it seemed like they did not vacuum in the room or clean the wet area properly. They were tidying like bedcovers and changing towels and thats it. For this level of price we were expecting more precise service. The hotel staff were polite and helpful in general however they seemed like a bit slow or some of them just started the job. So cant say that they were 100% professional. In general we enjoyed our stay. There are rooms for improvement but I would recommend the hotel.. .

Superb. very cool staff, the visual appearance of the hotel and overall everything is very nice. this time in the room we stayed in the main building there is poor soundproofing. sounds from neighboring rooms, plumbing, the sound of water in the shower are audible. bass music on the first floor and the noise of plates in the kitchen are very audible. all this is a bit confusing.

Overall a beautiful experience. Great location in terms of the sunset views.. Everything was great! Especially Melve was fantastic from the moment we arrived.. There was an issues with the draining of the sink in our room. Hopefully it’s fixed for the next guests..

I woke up with a rush on my body and I saw an other radison blue hotel guest at the hotel facility he has the same issue. Pool area and general design is ok. Rooms are very small and the room they provide us was looking towards to the wall. Could be nicer with a tree or nicer landscape..

Very pleasant stay, friendly staff, sea views and luxurious rooms. It’s a very new and clean hotel, they upgraded us for free and it was an amazing room for three with a private pool. The room was spacious with two bathrooms and we were surprised when the sofa turned into a big double bed. Breakfast is good with a chef who cooks eggs for you. The view from the restaurant is amazing. Hotel provides a transfer every 40 mins to the beach (5 min drive). Then you have to go down the stairs for 10 mins (felt like there were 1000 of them) through the property of another hotel. It is made in Greek style and is very photogenic. The beach is a terrace built on a cliff and is also new. The water is crystal clear and the views of the mountains is captivating. You can order drinks and snacks there as well. We rented a car from Antalya (50€ per day) and it was cheaper than ordering a taxi. Consider a 3 hours ride though. The hotel is 10 min away from the old town. The staff was very friendly and really tried their best. We enjoyed the DJ at the beach and jazz band at the restaurant.. Cleaning was not always consistent, sometimes they forgot to put water, sometimes to clean cups, sometimes the towel was missing. The floor on the terrace is very dirty so you can not walk barefoot. Sometimes it was challenging to order in the restaurant as the staff does not speak English (they were very friendly but English Crash course is needed). The Asian restaurant was a disappointment. They did not have what we wanted available and sushi with main dishes were very low quality. We ate dinner at the nearby restaurant Zaika - do not forget to book..

Very good. . We had an issue with proper cleaning in our room. When we first arrived the floor and the toilet were dirty and I ask reception to clean the floor in our room 3 days in a row before they finally cleaned it. Also everytime the cleaning staff didn’t wash the dirty dishes so everytime I had to call reception to bring me the clean dishes. Also they forgot to renew water and tea..

Fantastic facilities but more English speaking staff would be beneficial.. It was in an excellent location. The bedroom was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent. Additionally there was an amazing choice of dishes for breakfast.. Sometimes it is the small things that made the difference and become a frustration and an annoyance. For an international franchise hotel there was a lack of English speaking staff. Asking for simple things like cold milk and making a dinner reservation was a problem. Service around the pool was lacking on occasions. The hotel has no information in the bedroom including tourist information. In emailing in advance they refused to make a dinner reservation at a neighbouring restaurant. The use of a QR code to order anything might help with the language issue but is impersonal in our view. Asking for a favourable reviews and to mentioning the staff member was in my view inappropriate and unprofessional. Again perhaps a language issue but being advised “ we were his favourite people” by the guest services manager was unjustified and clearly not the right thing to say when he had only spoken briefly to us on two previous occasions..
