Need for room refreshment. Responsive and kind staff, always smiling and always helpful. Good, quiet location. Grocery shops, restaurants and park in walking distance.. Unstable internet connection - wasn't able to make video calls sometimes (bad quality) and had to reconnect a few times in a midst of a task. Room - not as clean and neat as on the pictures (eg. moldy shower, stained couch, smelly fridge). Lingering cigarettes smoke smell. We have no idea what was the schedule of cleaning. During our 15 days stay room has been cleaned only twice. We had to ask for toilet paper everyday (and we received it, but that's annoying)..

Loi Suite review 31/03/25. It's not the most glamorous but if you want simple, modern & cozy it'll do. I liked the privacy, as the other guests are mostly families or mature couples so there won't be any craziness going on past midnight here. also there's no unnecessary check ups from any of the staff members, you feel like it's your own apartment almost instantly, they have all the basic amenaties you need in the apartment also the cleaner doesn't disturb guests for room cleaning, she will clean your apartment at your own request or offer if she sees you in the stairways but won't be waking you up at 8am like many hotels tend to do. On the main road just round the corner from Loi Suite there's a main road full of shops along the strip, there's a huge Migros store nearby basically the UK equivalent to Tesco or Sainsbury's and is just a three minute walk down the side street, plus there's endless different cuisine restaurants on the main road & side streets, so many convenience stores to pick & choose from also, slightly further down the main road is a massive shopping mall called terra city. Also a pharmacy every 100yrds, vegan & holistic organic type stores too If you need anything concerning your general health needs. However if consumerism isn't your thing, well 5 minutes south of Loi Suite there's also a beautiful coast line where you can see the Taurus mountains & beaches & sea front for miles on end it's truly stunning site to behold.. There's no elevator so if you have heavy luggage or shopping it can be difficult to manage. I know it's not part of your service however to make it easier for guests there could be an open access storage room where you can get extra items for your apartment...for example toiletries, tea, coffee and sugar, towels, water etc. I know you can buy all those items from the local stores but it would be an added bonus if loi suote provided these services 24/7 at guests disposal and it can be added to checkout charge when required..

Regular stay, did not meet expectations.. we had no breakfast.. One of air conditioners were not working. Floor was slightly sticky, cleaning room did not clean it well..

Potentially great but needs the bathrooms ripping out and needs more deep cleans. Lay out of the room and the space, good kitchen facilities and sitting room. Great balcony.. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty, cracked tiles broken sliding door on shower. Water backing up in the tray. Worse bodged job tiles I have ever seen an pitch work. Only had cold water on the last day so had to have a cold shower. Very tight space. The bedrooms roof was like looking onto a building site of mess. Toilet unclean and hairs in bed...

Superb. Fully equipped apartment, easy access to Terracity shopping mall by walk, friendly staff. No chair at the bedroom desk, stray dogs may be sometimes troublesome.
