Happy guest!. 24h reception, very friendly staff. They really check if you are a guest or not. Clean, nice and practical. I left the key of the room of a friend, cause we got seperated. When we came in together, he already had the key ready. They pay close attention.. If any remark has to be given, the cushion was a bit too thick and hard.

Exceptional. We stayed at Roi Hotel while attending a friend’s wedding. The hotel is in a good location, with several nice local breakfast/ bakery places nearby—definitely worth trying.
The rooms were clean and tidy, with basic cleaning products, slippers, and towels provided. The staff were very friendly and helped us quickly when we had an issue with the kettle, which we appreciated.
Overall, that was very comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Izmir.. .

Superb. Room was very nice despite hotel only having 2 stars. Everything was new and comfortable. Concierge at the reception was super nice, helpful and even gave us a goodbye gift!. Minor details in the room (missing light and imperfections in paint job) . Also would be nice if we got more than 2 teabags..
