Disappointed this time.. This was my 3rd stay in this hotel. My first two visits were amazing and I thought I’d never stay elsewhere whilst visiting Antalya.
The hotel remains beautiful with really lovely views, and is very clean, well kept with a perfect location. Unfortunately the service really let us down this time.
We arrived from the Uk at close to midnight with a very tired 4 year old.
We were checked in swiftly and given the keys to our room.
For some bizzare reason for a family of 3 there was only one bed in our room.
I quickly went back down to reception to as ask if we had been given the correct room as not only was there just one bed for all 3 of us the room was incredibly small.
I was assured another bed would be delivered to the room, but the hotel was fully booked and it was the only room available.
20 minutes passed and we still didn’t have the bed, or our luggage.
So another trip down to reception and it was finally resolved ….although I was told we didn’t have a bed as the booking was only for 2 people as children go for free … does this mean they don’t get a bed to sleep in?! ( news to us) as we paid near on £2000 for a 5 night room only stay!!!
Whilst this was irritating we did just put up with a room clearly not designed for 3 people and tried to enjoy our stay.
Previously we have found all staff in this hotel and Infact all of Turkey to be so lovely and friendly and we have stayed in Turkey 20 times between us. But this time round I don’t think we were given one smile for the duration of our stay.
The Pablito restaurant was also such a let down.
The members of staff just seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. We had to keep asking to order and keep asking to pay.
No one asked if we’d like to have another drink or if our meal was ok. ( small things) but usually the staff have been so attentive and kind that it was shocking and just didn’t give us the feeling of wanting to return.
It’s such a shame as I’ve loved this hotel and also Pablito but there was a distinct “ don’t care attitude” this time.
We are hoping to return to Antalya 3 times next year but will have to really consider where we stay.. .

Bad experience . The Akra hotel is very noisy at night, there is music party with loud speakers after midnight . We couldn’t sleep for two nights in a row.
The customer service didn’t do anything in this regards .
Not recommended for healing journeys.
Although the life co it self is a good place to start the healing process.
I hope they will change their location from this hotel.

Great place for physical and mental detox!. I have been at LifeCo for 6 days and I only have positive thoughts and words to say about. I would like to thank to the entire team, that was so professional and caring.
I chose Antalya Akra location, as I wanted to feel also the holiday vibes and to check my personal strength, ambition and determination to continue my journey to a healthy lifestyle. Why I say that, is because, at Akra LifeCo, you have access to the entire resort and you might encounter plenty of temptations that might compromise the detox journey, however, the most important is to keep your focus and not to forget your purpose, and the experience becomes very pleasant for the body and the mind.
I was very happy to see my results at the end of the program.
Definitely I will choose again TheLifeCo.
Grateful!
See you soon again!. .

Antalya stay. I was honored to spend 3 beautiful nights at the hotel. I loved the peaceful and cosy environment. The breakfast arrangement was fit for a queen....
The staff were warm and cordial, the grounds clean and well kept. The hotel comes with a beautiful view of the ocean. We had an enjoyable memorable stay.. .

Disappointing stay. Very disappointed after the flight we got to the hotel at 5 in the morning, hotel looked really nice and modest. When we got to the desk we asked to check in and he said we couldn't check in until 10 and then changed to 12 and back to 10 leaving us to sleep on the sofa in the lobby even though we had payed. The staff didn't bother to ask if we wanted a drink or see if we needed anything. Once we were allowed to check in at the desk they didn't apologise nor where helpful just gave us our cards and leaflet and pointed to the lift. We came back down as we didn't know how anything worked or where it was located. The guy was on his phone and so we said hi and he tutted and said yeah, we asked and he just told us to look at the brochure and then proceeded to explain everything really fast still not really making any sense to where anything was. (Most of it was found out for ourselves).
The pools where lovely with nice drinks and food. Oreo milkshakes are a must.
Some of the staff were really lovely and you can have a laugh with.
The staff around the hotel generally where quite rude and often off loaded problems onto eachother. Even when paying for the tab, the guy behind the desk was pulling faces and said you have to speak more clear.
Drinks are ok in the bar they have a lot more that is not on the menu for some reason.
The social club is always packed so never got a chance to sit in and enjoy the jazz so headed to another of the indoor restaurant/ bars with a terrace. The staff don't even say hello and just walk past like your not there.
Rooms where kept nice with a lovely view. This was one of very few positives considering it is a 5* hotel.
Chefs were very talented and lots of selection for both breakfast and dinner (half-board).
However, we only found the half-board restaurant when we went to another restaurant located in the hotel, in which we had to pay. However we were under the impression all restaurants on site where included (this was found out through a waiter that they were not).
The hotel has chosen to have cats on site and they are lovely and friendly. They would often come and see you when you were eating which was not a problem at all and would mingle around, however you DO NOT spray the cats with disinfectant. Even when they were across the grass they still being sprayed. One of the waitresses was having too much fun spraying and chasing the cats (which have been chosen to be on site). This could easily be replaced by water not harming the cats.
We would not stay here again. . .

Beautifull place, ultimate luxury and great fitness and tennis. Perfect beautiful hotel, great pool, great view and great sports activities. Also the good is really fantastic. Buffet as well as ala carte restaurants all great.
For those who like tennis; the tennis trainers are really kind and offer lessons for beginners bit also for advanced tennis players. Thanks a lot. .

Holiday and Detox in one. I absolutely loved my stay at The LifeCo centre in Antalya and I achieved exactly the detox and weight-loss results I had hoped for. The property has the most beautiful views, spacious rooms, many amenities such as a private beach, pools, gym, Hamam, many cafes and restaurants, and everything about my stay was just spectacular. I visit one of The LifeCo centres every year for prolonged water fasting. It is a complete body and mind re-set that I need once a year. It's the best thing ever, the best for illness prevention and feeling good. The LifeCo in Antalya had the most incredible Yoga lesions, people, Pilates lesions, Meditation, Massages and other detox treatments. Before and after the water fast I was given delicious juices, supplements and scrumptious raw foods. Of course on a water fast your blood is tested daily for sugar level and ketones so it's completely safe. I loved taking this time to myself to detox and re-set and have a proper relaxing beach break with plenty of activities to stay fit too.. .

Living your best life. We talk about living our best lives and this is how to action that. I had been at the Phuket LifeCo 2 years ago and was excited to return to the LifeCo in Antalya this time. I was not disappointed. The experience is comprehensive and supportive. Assessment and discussion of goals. Daily yoga, massage, angel of water (colonic irrigation), vitamin infusions are just some of the options. My top experiences were the Hamaam massage and the yoga. Plus the sense of calm and connection with the amazing team and others on the programme is truly authentic.. .

Desappointing ... Bodrum is definitly better and more professional. In Antalya, you feel like a number, level of knowledge was average, not sufficient for sure. Not clear, not enough commitment from the head of department. Only the nurse is commited. They dont come to you with clear mind, all is confusing. They are not so nice at all and give minimun answers. No flipflop..
Lack of knowledge for sure.
Bodrum is much better , nothing to compare.
Here they dont put their energy to listen and help you.
The interview to choose a program was so poor, she could not give a clear good program adapted to your needs. Really not worth it.
Also they have a lot of things not available.
Not professional at all.. .
