Bebat. Sakın gitmeyin. . Otel sahibi 480 euro alması gerekirken 2 saat erken check in yaptigi için 20 euro fazladan istedi, tamam dedim, kartdan 540 euro aldı, otel kuru öyleymiş söylediğine göre. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum bu oteli, ne doğru dürüst yemeyi var ne olanakları, çalışanları bir kaç kişi hariç geri kalanlari çok kötü muamele yapiyorlar. Otelin asansorü yok, çamaşırhanesj yok, interneti parayla ama her yerde çekmiyor. Yemekde et yok, sadece tavuk. Sadece konumu iyi..

I felt like I was scammed!!! DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS HERE ❗️❗️❗️❗️. There is nothing to like about this place , Property is totally overrated and is not how it looks in the picture ,its A BIG SCAM , DO NOT GO HERE !!!. The staff is VERY UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! All-inclusive at this location is NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE AT ALL❗️❗️❗️ , it’s only about salad ,and the salad smell and taste very bad , pasta and soybean replacing meat . For dessert you have to fight to catch something And drinks…they have only very cheap beer,and cheap wine ,they serve all of this in small glasses (dirty also😡) and when you go te ask another one they look very angry at you ❗️❗️❗️ In 4 days nobody came to our room to change sheets and clean room. TAKE CARE AND DO NOT GO AT THIS f….g HOTEL ❗️❗️❗️ Very ,very bad experience 🤬🤬😏😏😏.

Bad. Nothing. When I checked into the hotel, they immediately started to sell Wi-Fi for 10 dollars in 3 days. And this is only for one smartphone, if you connect others, it's also 10 dollars. The rooms are dirty, the air conditioners are old and they smell when they work. The food in the hotel is disgusting in general. After one trip to eat, I never came back for food at this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel. This is garbage.

. The propery was not all inclusive , no alcohol, no water, very limited food, pool empty, no sunbeds ,unpleasant atmosphere, wouldnt go back if you paid me £100 per day .. We dont normally take notice of reviews but wish we had this time . We didnt expect much for what we paid , but never again .. .

Bad. Close to the ugly beach.. Everything was so bad, the meals were very basic with no options all inclusive (the staff were putting on the plate only i.e 2 nuggets, and little rice. The portions were like for a child. There was no alcohol at all, only few horrible soft drinks were provided and cola/ fanta were provided from the staff and needed to get it from the bartender which he was never there. The food was brought from the local shops and not even warm at all and we had a belly ache and diarrhoea for the entire week. The bar was only open until 8pm as you could get only cola/ fanta only until 8pm as there was no alcohol at all. We stayed for a week and the rooms were not cleaned even once for the entire trip and when we arrived in the room the toilet paper was not provided at all. The towels was not provided either for entire week. In the toilet there is no hot water, as only warm, so if you like hot shower then forget it about it. The internet was paid £1 per day and for 5 days he wanted to charge us £6. The staff was so rude, they didn't even smile at us not even once and they wanted the tip for no reason. The staff are not speaking English at all, so was very difficult to manage to speak with them. Beldibi is not a great area as is so far from everything and the village was so dead at this time of the year. We met a nice couple and they paid for one week, but after 1 night they check out as it was so bad. I would never return to this property and I don't wish to anyone to stay even 1 night over there..

Fine, but not suitable for demanding customers.. The location is good. It's enough to cross the street to be in the beach area. The views are incredible, the sea in front of the hotel and picturesque mountains behind. The hotel seems to be new and pleasant from the outside.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool outside seems pleasant, but we didn't use this as our stay was in November, and the sea water temperature was much higher.. The rooms are poor in facilities and outdated. We found the room, sheets, and bathroom clean as we arrived, but the housekeeping does only 2 things, exchanging sheets and doing beds and supplying toilet paper, and new towels, no floor cleaning or shower/bathroom cleaning or surfaces in the room. There are also no door hangers telling to not disturb or to clean the room, which, in my opinion, is essential in every hotel. The food is repetitive every single day and very poor, almost no meat, no desserts. The cook seems to be very unpleasant, and he is standing next to the food like he is the guard, so we felt uncomfortable. The booking.com says it's all-inclusive, but it is NOT. The food is served 3 days a day, but you have to pay for the alcohol, extra pay after 8pm. The booking price was different, when we arrived at the hotel and wanted to pay, the manager told us that the price is higher if we pay by card, what is unacceptable. We have booked the stay with a certain price and the price was higher anyway..
