Bad. . The worst place to spent your vacation. I lost 3 days my holiday because every day we got new trouble. After check-in we noticed how many mould in the bathroom and living room in the angles. As you can understand the rooms are pretty dirty. I tried to ask about another room, but according to receptionist words the hotel is full. So, next day we were puzzled a leak in the ceiling. Another receptionist came, took photo of that and go away, no one word. Next day, yeap yeap, the lock of our door was broken and we must wait technical staff to fix it, plus it took about one hour as least. But it was nothing compared to broken air conditioning system when out is +40 degrees by Celsius. We could not spent time in room more than 10-15 minutes. So for all day we spent in lobby and wait when they can fix it. When I required another room, the response was the same, hotel is full. But we deal next morning I can change room if I will have issues. About 11pm they finished with fixing air conditioning system. But so interesting thing: first guy from technical staff came, tried to do something, then told me that he will call to external service and soon it will be completed. When I came to reception in couple hours later and ask about status of my trouble, they don’t know anything and provide me another technical staff specialist. So, I lost whole day of my vacation. Let’s try to guess how long that air condition system worked? Okay, answer , next morning it was broken again. So, as they promised we got new room. Looks the same, but there are less mould in bathroom. Not enough towels, not enough seat place around pool, same food every day. As I said at start the worst place for your vacation..

Pleasant. the staff is great in case of problems, everything is fixed immediately, the reception is very nice, the hotel is conveniently located near the city center and the sea. the room was not bad, but it was not cleaned once in a week, there was dust and hair in every corner the hotel looks very old, you can't store the wardrobe because it smells like mold the food is boring all week, chicken with a lot of vegetable salad, not much was tasty the neighbors make a lot of noise every night it was impossible to sleep by the swimming pool there will be sunbeds everywhere, weightless and broken tourists are very unpleasant.
