Exceptional. The hotel has a very beautiful garden. We enjoyed our holiday very much. Our 4 year old had fun. The food was very good and there was plenty of variety.. .

The location is in middle of nowhere. If you want to go on holiday and get stuck in one place this is the place for you. Nothing really. The location is in middle of nowhere. If you want to go on holiday and get stuck in one place this is the place for you but if you want to go and see things then avoid this place. Paid £20 to have WiFi in the room for 3 days. The nearest shopping centre is 25KM away so if you want to take a taxi because you have pram and baby with you taxi cost £50 round trip. They do nothing for kids only chips when 60% of the travellers are kids there. They advertised water park which is a long walk from the hotel and taking pram there is a nightmare. Rooms aren’t clean. AC don’t work properly. You have to ask staff 100 times to get them to do something. And because there is no other shops around the shops in the hotel charge you gold prices for snacks. Never in my life there!! A proper scam..

Excellent all inclusive with family to have some great time all in one place. My aim with two kids of 10-12 was to have a water park, pool, food that kids will eat, access to sea without crossing road or going out of property , interconnected rooms. This hotel met all, including night shows for kids and adults with very good entertainer. Food was none stop, with snack house and drinks both at the beach and the slides pool.. No complain from hotel. Outsider vendors you need to watch out which has nothing to do with hotel I.e. a parasailing guy is just next to the hotel beach who is very rude and can ruin your day. People complain about internet, but it clearly said WiFi paid at rooms. Actually it went well with us as the kid were not sitting in the room with net..

Awful. The carrot cake and fruit, even though you had to literally wait and grab it before it finished.... Staff were rude, dismissive, didn't clean rooms regularly. food was repetitive, cold and just awful in tasting. Self service facilities I.e toaster and grill didn't work properly. The shopkeepers were rude. When we went to watch the evening show and said we were from England we were laughed at by the entertainers on stage like we were fools. The lifeguards are on their phones or talking to women, they do not pay attention to the pool at all. My child jumped in to the big pool and another person had to save him. The ice cream is meant to be all day but they run out of it and do not listen to what you want..

Horrible experience. . Horrible experience!!! We booked two rooms, requested more than a month in advance that we needed the rooms close to each other, as we have 2 little kids and I needed my parents to be close to me to help as I was on my own. When we arrived at the property, we were given rooms not only in different buildings, but also very far away from each other and on the second floor, there is no elevators, and with the double stroller it would not be possible to get to the 2nd floor by stairs. The solutions that was given was one family room that could fit us all, but it was not ideal. After our stay we received the final invoice from the property, which was 2,200 euros less than what I paid through booking, because of the unused room. The property is refusing to refund this amount for no specific reason. Horrible and disappointing experience. Do not recommend! There is a lot more I could say: dirty dishes, food that is cooked in the same oil over and over again, ants in the room, gym equipment that not only doesn’t work, but is dangerous, staff that doesn’t speak English, doctor that tries to scam you for money, and a lot more!.

Superb. Everything was good except the things we did not like.... Price for laundry service.. missing free wifi in rooms. Watersliders working schedule..
