Could be better.. I like how enough and sufficient the room was for me it was tiny but enough space for a person. The room wasnt ready when the time of my check in has come up, i had to wait almost an hour for my room to be cleaned.

Extremely disappointed with the level of service and hygiene. Concerned with the Health and Safety.. Despite paying fully for the room through Booking.com, on arrival at just past midnight, I was charged the full price because they did not have a record of my payment. It was returned to me two days later with apology. At very early hours of morning on entering the bed I noticed the bed sheet was marked with blood, I asked the receptionist to change all the bedding only a blanket was provided and I asked the staff next morning to change all bedding. On third day the cleaner left a soaking sponge with some long hairs attached in the sink which I passed on to the receptionist. Is that what they use for cleaning the coffee cups ???? I had to purchase a new cup for drinks in the room and hide it when I left the room.. Staff training, better hygiene, Quality assurance to ensure staff carry out their duties accordingly. repair all the faulty items which could be a Health and Safety issue, like wobbling small table with kettle placed on it. Hate to think a boiling water pouring on a kid in that room..

Bad. . Not a good choice at all, if you see the photo of the beach you think its near the hotel but its far away((( its all fake)) ) , the value of the place for money is much less, cups of coffee in side the room were not clean we had wash them again, super far from everthing, staff you ask them they tell wrong information i end up loosing my day because they dont know what to answer, actually better not to answer, rooms super small do again the value is totally expinsive for what you get i move to other place paid less and got even much better location and better room...

I have been in 20+ countries and by far the worst hotel. - The room was clean - Shower was good - All the necessary items were presented in a room - Stuff speaks Russian and English (so so). I will go step by step what exactly did not satisfy us in this hotel, so you dear travel be aware if you decide to choose this place: - When we came to the hotel, I planned to pay by card. My cost of living here exceeded due to they (stuff) do not want you to pay full amount at once as hotel is charged the transaction commission, so hotel will apply on you this transaction fee. They split the amount on 3 payments, so I had to pay over confirmed the amount on Booking. Based on that, I paid more on 15%. They say terminal cannot accept more than 4000 liras (Turkish currency) and yet we met a guest who actually paid a full amount. - That is not the worst part. The worst is our room did not have the windows (not to be biased, it was our fault as we poorly chose the room and missed that it does not have the windows). So I went to the stuff to ask how much to pay for the room or it is possible to change it with the window as my girlfriend has a panic attack when she is indoors (no windows and etc.) the problem began here. First of all, we were insulted by stuff that they do not really care and mocked my girlfriend for having panic attack as a "minor" issue. Second, stuff provided us different options to move in to the rooms with the windows. However, the price could change for the same rooms, especially after when we decided by the next day that we take the room with the window, so price went up to 1000 lira, but we spent 1 night already in the room that we reserved, so the question is why the price went up? - Next trouble is thin walls. Neighbours have been very loud (18+) and partying, didn't let us sleep. - Safety. If you care, that your hotel would provide safety, you can forget about it. As you can open main door with any card (I provide screenshot from video, how I open a door with bus card). - Last is when I checked out, somehow I had debt over 1500 lira, so I had to show proof that I paid full amount. Gladly, here went smoothly..

Small room but great for a quiet retreat.. Ideal location for many dentists practices in Antalya and within walking distance of Terra City shopping mall. Room had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay and the free WiFi was flawless.. Room was quite small with no windows, although it was a good room for rest and quietness. It was one of their budget rooms and considering breakfast is included it was good value..

It is located at an amazing location. . The drainage problem of the toilet was only annoying. The room was very small but had all the facilities besides iron..

I very enjoied excellend staff service, great lication and wonderfull food.!. I like great location, wonderfull breakfast and excellend staff!. Could be better if my room will have a window..
