Рекомендую этот отель. Отельнаходиться рядам с супермаркетом, ресторанами, пляжем и парком Коньялты. Номер чистый, есть основные кухонные пренадлежности, стиральная машинка и посудомоечная машинка.. нет замечаний.

I never recomment Ale Boutique Apartment untill the owner takes any action regarding the cleaning.. I haven't had any breakfast there. First of all I thought, I found the good apartment with good location and with good price. Apparently, whenwe arrived there, we found the room (it was the gorund floor) it was quite smelly and dirty. We were very much dissapointed. Then I complaint the owner, luckily he offered another hotel called Ale Park hotel, not far from the beach, then we moved that night. That was clean and much more better, but I paid extra 330 USD for 4 nights stay..

OK. Friendly staff, good location. The chap on reception was great. Two supermarkets right round the corner. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Bus stops round the corner.. OK apartment but the rooms need basic maintenance like door handles falling off doors. The A/C felt very weak.
The pool is always in the shade so even on a 35c day it feels very cold. Once you are in though it's ok.
The initial welcome needs to be improved. We arrived late at night with 3 kids and there was no one there. Very fortunate that some people were relaxing at that time near the pool and we used their phone to contact someone.
We should have received an email saying if you arrive and no one is at reception. Use WiFi 'boutique" with password XXXX and use what's app to message us on this number..

Excellent budget friendly Hotel. Excellent little budget friendly hotel very close to Konyaaltı beach. Super clean and very friendly staff. Couldn't recommend more. Honestly, for the price there is nothing to complain about at all..

⚠️⚠️⚠️ I dont know how a booking website like booking.com with such reputation allow such apartment to be advertised on. nothing. Its was an underground apartment where they deceived me because in the advertisement they didn’t mention this and when i complained about this they told me i have to pay more to get a better option. the smell of sewage water was very very bad along with smell of high dampness inside the room because it was under the ground. I was traveling with my wife and kids and that caused for us allergic attack and short breath because no good ventilation. This was the worst experience in my life. And booking should be responsible for this and stop letting such advertised apartments on their website. I expect a very soon apology from booking for deceiving me. I was robed I felt they charged me for more than 70 USD for 1 night for a flat a rat cant survive in it. The place where you put the electricity card was not working many times electricity was stoped in our stay. The shower was broken, bedsheets were dirty it was a nightmare..
