Good.. Location was good, staff were nice and since I'm Kurdish, and some of thier staff were Kurdish and for communication was much easier. Also, they have parking for the car.. It was not a hot water in the morning for shower and they don't provide water in the room, you have to take empty bottle to take it to the resturant to refill it and no internet, only pay 3 euro per day per device. Since I'm middle east, the food wasn't the best..

Питание и персонал были на хорошем уровне, но в остальном — особенно в вопросах гигиены — отель сильно разочаровал. Повт. Персонал был дружелюбный, всегда приветлив. Питание тоже порадовало — разнообразное и вкусное.. Уровень чистоты — просто ужас. Мы лично видели, как уборка проводилась формально: моющее средство просто разливали на пол, тряпку макали в унитаз, надевали на швабру и быстро проходились по свободному участку. Зеркала и поверхности были в пыли — я всё убирала сама.
Постельное бельё не меняли ни разу за все 11 дней, хотя я специально молчала, чтобы проверить — и действительно, так и не поменяли.
Отдельный шок — детская кроватка, которую нам принесли: старая, неопрятная, в жутком состоянии. У меня есть фото, я его отправляла — и все, кому показывала, были в шоке, что такое вообще дают ребёнку в отеле..

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean hotel, every member of staff friendly and helpful.
Small pool but always managed to get a sunbed. Kadir is fantastic he does every job imaginable and the bar manager too goes above and beyond.
It really is a lovely little hotel right in the centre of everything but not noisy hidden away on a side street.
I think the food has a good choice daily, always something for everything.
All inclusive only until 10pm but that didnt bother us.
I would certainly return. .

Ahmet tevfik. We arrived at hotel very clean. And staff more then willing to help and make our stay welcome. We had a meeting with ahmet tevfik which was about the excursions, we got plenty booked. Ahmet was willing to go the extra mile to help out with some issues we had. Overall very pleasant and very helpful.. .

Beautiful. My family and I had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff are absolutely tremendous and work hard keeping customers happy. The food and drinks are lovely but do bear in mind if your fussy - the food is targeted to a more standard European diet so don't expect your English favourite foods here. Beautiful views from the roof terrace where foods and drinks served. The rooms are clean and nice, cleaners also work hard too. Reception are above and beyond helpful. Can not fault this quaint, well run hotel. I'd stay here again. Very centrally based, shops bars restaurants very close but far enough to get to be able to some sleep. Do visit (both about 10mins away and in opposite directions) Cleopatra beach and in the opposite direction from hotel, the castle ruins. Definitely 💯 Instagram perfect pics. Beautiful place. You should go and make your up your own mind. .
