Absolutely not worth the money.. Staff was nice. Views were beautiful. The place is nice and quiet, with a stunning view. We stayed in one of the cabins with sauna, big enough, and with a certain charm. The crew was polite and willing to help even though they barely spoke English or none. When dining at the restaurant, you could order from the room and everything was ready once you got there (which was very convenient since we had to dine and breakfast with a puffer jacket). But for a pretended 5 stars hotel and its price, it was far from it and the stay was absolute not worth the money. The night we arrived we felt like we were disturbing, the man who welcomed us was having diner and still chewing while making us sign the check-in papers. Then, in a very approximate English he made us follow him to our cabin and with no explanation or whatsoever he left us there. The room was at the outside temperature of 10C and even though we managed to make the heater work on our own we spent the first night fully dressed to sleep. The sauna was thought to be a good comfort but the isolation was so bad it couldn’t heat properly (with litres of water on the hot stones and wirh a proper work out in the sauna we managed to broke a few sweat). No hot water in the shower. It’s ok to take a cold shower after the sauna when the sauna is really hot, which not the case obviously. The whole staff consisted of a single lady for the first three days, very nice by the way, who didn’t speak English and was absolutely not able to help. After 3 days, new staff members came in, still none of them understood english or barely, they made a few adjustments on the heat regulator with our help, at 9 pm, and upgraded the water from ice cold to less cold. They proposed to move us in an other cabin but the “less cold” we have now is the same in all other cabins apparently, so we stayed in our room..

Great stay with very helpfull staff. Great views, spacious rooms and friendly staff. At the day of arrival we got a whatsapp message with the exact location. Very helpful, because otherwise without this it might be difficult to find. Dinnen could be ordered upon arrival. This was very plesant, there are no other restaurants around.. All was good. Like other comments, only go when you have a car. Don’t have any fear of driving narrow mountainroads.

Avoid this spot if you're traveling with children or have allergies. The hotel has a nice view, nice restaurant, sufficient size pool, and clean bungalow (apart from the bathroom - particularly toilet tank).. 1. The location is quite remote, with challenging roads leading to the property and few nearby amenities. 2. The kitchen has a strict policy against bringing food into the rooms, and there is no room service available despite what the description suggests. 3. This is not a typical 5-star hotel but rather a small guesthouse managed by three individuals responsible for cleaning, managing, and cooking. 4. The food offered is expensive and of low quality, with restrictions on bringing outside food into the rooms, so be prepared for limited dining options. Additionally, the kitchen can take up to an hour to prepare your order, and not everything listed on the menu is always available. 5. Ongoing construction work right across from the bungalows contributes to a noise level higher than that in the city. 6. If you have allergies to dogs or cats, this may not be the best place for you, as stray animals roam freely and are even allowed in the restaurant. 7. It's important to inform the staff of any allergies in advance, as they do not inquire and may not have suitable food options available. 8. Check your food bills at the check-out to avoid being overcharged. 9. Find out who is in charge for feedback etc from the day you arrive as the communication between working personnel is very poor. 10. Don't book more than 2 nights non-refundable - you won't get your money back, and I assure there are a lot of surprises that are not written in the hotel description..

The only thing that was good that we have checked in at 3 am and a view.. The view. The room was very small with no blinds , no hot water and very sound isolation. Breakfast was also very poor..

Superb. The views are absolutely stunning and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would recommend.. It is quite difficult to find just needs some more signs and some tea and coffee for the room with tea cups. But would still give it a 10/10 as the staff were lovely and anything you need just ask..

Beautiful hotel but needs improvements. Beautiful design in and out, amazing views, good breakfast and dinner options. Bungalows are very spacious. It’s so great to chill in the bungalow balcony anytime during the day. The kind staff! They always made sure we were served fast and gave us little treats. Melek Hanim’s dishes are delicious.. Cleaning was terrible! The state of the bathroom was really bad when we arrived with shattered glasses, wine stains on surfaces and towels, hairs in the shower drain. We almost hurt ourselves due to broken glasses on the floor. It looked like somebody drank wine and broke a glass and the room wasn’t cleaned. There was no housekeeping at all even though we were asked if we would like a cleaning and we said yes but still nobody came to clean. We had good times and got along with everyone there but unfortunately the cleaning was a big negative. Also it’s not the hotel’s fault but there are shotgun noises at night from local farmers to scare off wild animals which made sleep terrible for me and our baby… I also did not like the wild dogs and cats roaming everywhere especially in the restaurant area, going on chairs and tables. All the pillows in lounge areas looked filthy and full of animal hairs….

Amazing personal!. Breakfasts were super delicious and the stuff was super nice and treated us like a family!. Everything was great!.
