Superb. The outdoor areas are absolutely beautiful with Mountain Views one side & sea views the other. The pool was large & though not heated was still warm enough in October to enjoy. The deluxe suite was large with a huge comfortable bed, slept really well.. The beach wasn’t very beautiful (but typical of that area around Kemer) & the immediate surrounding location wasn’t as beautiful as other parts of Türkiye..

Exceptional. The location is perfect, right on the beach. The sea & mountain views, interior & relaxing music will make you feel like living on a tropical island)) Clean & comfortable rooms. Polite & friendly staff, always ready to help. The food is excellent, the choice of dishes is superb: pastries, fresh fruits & vegetables, various kinds of cheese, meat, fish. Super delicious ice cream in a waffle cone, cooked on site! Special thanks for the live music performed by the Black and Blue band (if I remember the band name right)! I would go back to Balmy hotel again & again.. No ironing facilities in the rooms..

Unforgettable Balmy experience!. We liked everything about the hotel and especially the splendid food and beverage menu with live display cooking, food presentation and cordial staff.. Not sure but I couldn't locate the exhaust system in the washroom otherwise the room diffuser can be suggested.. The room towels can be made a bit softer..

Disappointing for the money you pay. Very stylish beautiful hotel, nice big rooms, everything is very eco style, calm, quite, no music during the day, you can definately enjoy the nature and staying together or alone.. So you expect for the amount of money you pay 5* service. What you get: 1. When I entered my room some of the drinks in mini bar were used by previous people. Bottle of water was opened and partically drank. 2. The beach towels you get only in your room. If you want to change it - wait next day for the room service. During the whole day please use them wet. 3. Service is so horrible in the restaurant. You have to wait 10-15mins till someone come to you to offer water or drinks. In the morning during the breakfast time sometimes you have to ask twice. They totally forget what you order. "Oh you asked for Amerciano, here is you coffee with milk and sugar". 4. I had a call at 23:30 while I was sleeping from the reception. "Hello, where is your second guest?" but I was staying there alone. They wanted to get the passport of the second person at night. I was just shocked and wasn't able to go to sleep half of the night. 5. The food is very average. Lots of oil, too fat. I mean its eco friendly concept so why wouldn't you offer some healthy food as well. Food would be comparable to the ones you'll see in 4* and below. So despite the fact its quite and cozy, good looking place, the service you get from the hotel is horrible. It doesn't cost the amount of money you pay for your stay, there are more places like this cheaper or better service in Kemer seashore. I would not go there second time and will not recommend to my friends..
