Holiday in Antalya. The restaurant was amazing, and the food was remarkable, offering a variety of dishes all throughout the day. The hotel was in a nice area, where all local amenties were accessible. It had its own hammam and spa service, which was run by very capable and caring staff. The beach was a stone throw away, even though it was not clearly advertised. A special shout out to Velat Bagi, who went out of his way to communicate with us and help us to the best of his ability. The hotel staff at Reception were very helpful, especially the bell boy who again spoke little English, but still tried his best to communicate with us using Google Translate.. The lack of English speaking staff on the front desk made it very difficult to communicate our needs effectively. Furthermore, it was not made clear that there would be loud music every night. I don't feel it was a good place for a family holiday, looking for a peaceful place to recharge. ..

In general It was pleasant stay. Location was perfect, near the beach and near the main shopping street , they have activities most of the days, you don’t have to pay for beach beds if you have the hotel bracelet. The food is very good and diverse, staff was helpful. Small rooms, free wifi only in the lobby, most of the time the hotel is very crowded, pool area should be cleaned more often..

Bad. Nothing. Drink quality in the hotel 0 all alcoholic drinks are liquor. you want gin, peach liqueur gives. In the disco you wait in queue for about 20 minutes to get something to drink. The restaurant is almost like a stampede, it is completely luck to find a place to sit to get food, the same drink problem is here, you have to wait in queue for 20 minutes. The employees in the hotel are completely focused on the incoming tourist girls, starting from the reception to the waiters, all the employees are talking about the incoming girls and trying to get numbers and so on. Especially the manager of the hotel, the gentleman with glasses, opens special VIP tables for girls. He chats with girls 30 years younger than him and sets up a special table for them..
