Very nice station and great animation team!. Very nice hotel! We enjoyed our station! We were a big group, and the animation team was really nice and friendly with us! The buffet was great, a lot of healthy choices, Abdullah was so nice, and helped us with all we needed for our station(directions, stores, etc) This hotel was even better then the one we stayed last year! Thanks all for everything!. .

Amazing!. Great hotel! We stayed during the low season, but even then we had amazing stay. Good food selection, amazing cocktails and super friendly staff.. .

Great hotel, brilliant staff and an amazing week!. We had the most enjoyable week at this hotel! From the minute we checked in the staff were so welcoming and helpful, the cleanliness of the hotel was superb, the location was amazing immediately on the beach front and the facilities, including meals were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will 100% be booking again. We did visit, as a couple, during the off-peak/winter season so the hotel was relatively quiet which we did enjoy. We were told that during the summer season it can be a lot busier and we’re already looking forward to visiting to see for ourselves! There are 3 separate accommodations set within beautiful, gated grounds which is brilliant to be able to wander round at ease in. Amazing stay and a really, really enjoyable week!. .

Horrible Experience – Vacation Ruined. We traveled as a family with 4 adults and 3 children (ages 3, 5, and a 6-month-old baby) and booked two rooms in advance. After three days of stay, we decided to extend for another 4 days, and that’s when a serious issue occurred that ruined our vacation. On the fifth day, we received a call from the reception asking us to come. A staff member claimed there had been a “mistake” and said we had an “extra child,” demanding €350 for the 7-night stay (50 € per night for the 3-year-old). They completely ignored that we had two separate rooms. Later, another staff member, claiming to be a manager, insisted that we pay and said there was “no other option.” We, with three children including a baby, had to stand at the reception for almost an hour to prove it was a mistake on their side. Finally, after a call to the management, the problem was “resolved” by simply reassigning one child to the other room. The additional payment was no longer required, but we did not receive any apology or proper explanation. This experience at the reception left a very negative impression. It suggests either staff incompetence or a potential attempt to get extra money from guests. ⸻ Other Issues with the Hotel • Dogs roam freely on the property, which can be unsafe for children. • The rooms are outdated and need renovation. • Near the children’s pool, staff were painting slides during the day, and the smell of paint was strong. • Some simit (bread) in the restaurant was very stale. • Pools are not heated, despite what is advertised. ⸻ Conclusion Unfortunately, our vacation was spoiled. Based on our experience, we do not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.. .

A Total Disaster – Severe Illness, Hospitalisation, and Complete Denial of Responsibility. I came here expecting a relaxing all-inclusive holiday. Instead, my stay turned into a nightmare. After eating at the hotel restaurant, I ended up hospitalised with a bacterial intestinal infection and on antibiotics. In the following days, both my child and my spouse also became sick - vomiting, diarrhoea, zero sleep, and constant stress! When I approached management for help, they refused to take any responsibility whatsoever. The hotel’s “customer relations” and “quality and food safety” departments did nothing except repeat that “the hotel is not responsible” and offer meaningless excuses like “it could be from air or spices.” No concern, no empathy, no real investigation - only deflection! This experience completely destroyed our holiday. We spent days sick, exhausted, and fighting to be heard instead of relaxing. For a so-called five-star resort, this level of negligence and arrogance is unforgivable. If you care about your health and your family’s wellbeing, do not book this place. The food safety standards and guest care here are unacceptable, and their management’s behaviour is the opposite of hospitality.. .

In the following days, both my child and I also became sick — vomiting, diarrhoea, zero sleep, and constant stress. What was supposed to be a peaceful family break became days of suffering and worry. When I approached the hotel management for help, they completely refused to take any responsibility. Their “customer relations” and “quality and food safety” departments did nothing but repeat the same scripted response: “The hotel is not responsible.” They even tried to dismiss it with ridiculous excuses like “it could be from air or spices.” There was no concern, no empathy, and no proper investigation — just cold deflection and denial. Our entire holiday was ruined. We spent days sick, exhausted, and begging for someone to take us seriously instead of being able to rest and enjoy our time together. For a place that calls itself a five-star resort, this kind of negligence and indifference is simply unforgivable. If you care about your health and your family’s wellbeing, stay away from this hotel. The food safety standards and the way management treats guests here are absolutely unacceptable.. .

Every time i would come Here again totally Worth It and super nice. Very nice been, Here before absolutely good would recommend to everyone. The food IS so good and the Entertainment Team are all so polite. .

Tasteless food, everything else is good. We were on vacation from October 14-24. We liked the smiling staff, the unobtrusive SPA center staff, and the very thorough room cleaner (2202). Last year we were on vacation at the Fulya hotel, so we already knew how great the hotel area and beach were. However, both my husband and I got sick.... I was nauseous, vomited, and had a high temperature. My husband had diarrhea. I felt bad on October 17. It's good that I recovered in two days :) After reading Diana P.'s review about the rotavirus (October 21), I decided to write a review. The food was of average quality at first, then it was very poor, fish with an unpleasant smell. After the visit of "important people" (maybe the owner or director), everything changed and it was quite delicious. I especially liked the desserts :) I didn't drink alcohol, so I don't know what their quality was. The cocktails in the main bar looked tasty. I don't want to spoil the hotel's rating, so I'll give it a higher score, because overall there are many more pluses than minuses. I hope the food doesn't get worse :). .

Rotavirus!!!!. I do not recommend this hotel, it is full of rotavirus, they put you in the hospital on IVs, ruined vacation for the whole family. .
